Aditya Sinha

Aditya Sinha has extensive experience in production planning and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Manager - Production at Asian Paints since June 2012. Responsibilities include overseeing the manufacturing of paints, emulsions, and health-hygiene products at one of the largest automated facilities globally, as well as managing supply chains for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Previously, Aditya held various engineering roles at Asian Paints focusing on process engineering and factory automation. Aditya's career began at Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Limited as Executive Engineer, where leadership in instrumentation and process control was demonstrated. Early experience includes an engineering internship at NTPC Limited and a role as Executive Trainee at Caire Consult. Aditya holds an MBA in Production & Operations from Amity University and a B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
