Michael Laviolette is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group Senior Supply Chain & Direct Procurement Manager at Balfour Beatty plc since June 2020, Michael has previously held significant positions including Senior Supply Chain Manager at Connect Plus Services and various roles at Marks and Spencer from 2007 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing supply chain performance, launch planning, pricing and promotions, and commercial planning. Michael's career began at Tesco PLC as a Section Manager, where participation in a management development program honed leadership skills.
