Vinaay U has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Vinaay started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Hinduja Global Solutions in 2010, where they resolved customer issues and provided solutions for connectivity problems. Vinaay then transitioned to a Team Leader position at the same company, mentoring and monitoring the performance of team members and training new agents. In 2014, Vinaay worked as a Team Leader Operations at Vertex Data Science, where they handled the Tamil process and coached the team on communication and call handling parameters. Vinaay then joined Asian Technology Solutions as a Resource Specialist, responsible for finding suitable candidates for job requirements. Vinaay later worked as a Sales Recruiter at Global Data Mart Inc. and Trisync Technologies Inc. In 2019, they became a Delivery Lead at Asian Technology Solutions.

Vinaay U attended S.V.K.P & Dr.K.S.Raju Arts & Science College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
