Shruti Singh

Shruti Singh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for ASICS Corporation since May 2019, Shruti previously held roles including Regional Legal Counsel at ASICS and Legal Counsel at Tulshyan Group, focusing on maritime and aviation law. Prior experience includes Corporate Secretariat & Legal Services at Punj Lloyd Limited, and Legal Manager at DECATHLON FRANCE, where legal issues were managed across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Shruti began a legal career as an Associate at King and Partridge Advocates, specializing in contract drafting for multinational clients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature from Miranda House, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from D.E.S Law College, Pune University.
