Fiona Li has over a decade of work experience. Fiona began their career in 2010 as a Store Manager at Juice Press. In 2012, they moved to Walmart as a Cashier. In 2013, they joined Zija International as an International Support Specialist of Asia, where they were responsible for creating customer service training handbook, training all international new customer service agents, managing the Asia market, and taking a proactive relationship when dealing with issues and communication with the leaders or their downline. Fiona was later promoted to International Regional Manger-Greater China&Southeast Asia, where they managed Asia sales promotions and initiatives, reported all KPI of promotions to the management team, coordinated with Legal to establish and maintain business licenses, and assisted and maintained the communication and flow between on-the-ground staff and US departments. In 2021, they joined Asili Global as a Regional Manager.
Fiona Li is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Utah Valley University, with an expected graduation date of 2025. In November 2022, they obtained a certification in Excel Essential Training (Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn.
