Ossama abu Amar

Ossama Abu Amar is an experienced social professional and social entrepreneur, currently serving as the Coordinator Activering MOO at ASKV / Steunpunt vluchtelingen since September 2022. Since January 2015, Ossama has been the Social Entrepreneur at Amar Markt - Food of Palestine, promoting high-quality Palestinian products with an emphasis on fair trade and organic sourcing directly from Palestinian farmers. prior roles include Project Leader and trainer at Reconnect-Inc., where Ossama trained diverse groups, including adolescents and migrants. Between June 2022 and February 2023, Ossama worked as a Social Worker at Buurtteam Amsterdam Centrum, providing support to individuals exploring LGBTQ+ identities.
