Suhel Akram

Suhel Akram is a seasoned Facility Engineer currently working at Ejadah since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the Bluewaters project under Dubai Holding, ensuring high standards of service delivery for both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Key achievements include implementing a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program and effective Corrective Maintenance strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant FM-Executive and MEP Supervisor at the same prestigious project, along with a position as Service Engineer at Johnson Controls, focusing on BMS device testing and operational efficiency. Suhel holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and possesses a diverse skill set in facility management, health and safety, vendor management, and maintenance engineering.
