Jaswinder Guliani

Jaswinder Guliani is an experienced engineering and software management professional with a robust background in developing and delivering software solutions for Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) products and systems. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at ASM since September 2021, Jaswinder oversees software deliverables and manages a team of engineers to optimize outcomes. Prior roles include Technical Program Manager at Lam Research, where responsibilities encompassed aligning software delivery with customer needs and managing the software development lifecycle, and Staff Software Engineer at Novellus Systems, focusing on machine control systems. Jaswinder also held positions at Honeywell, Pirelli Cables, and Honeywell Ltd, contributing to the development of SCADA control systems and software tools.
