Neil Chen

Neil Chen is an experienced corporate director and manager with a strong background in global logistics, supply chain management, and procurement. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Global Spares Operations at ASM since July 2018, Neil previously held the position of Senior Director of Global Logistics & Service Materials within the same company. Prior roles include Country Manager of Customer Supply Chain Management at ASML, Senior Manager of Procurement at Philips, and Senior Global Commodity Manager and Senior Global Operations Engineer at Dell. Neil's career began at Procter & Gamble as a Logistics Planning Team Manager. Neil earned an Executive Education in Marketing Healthcare Products from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2013, a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from National Chiao Tung University from 1991 to 1995.
