Tony Stagno

Tony Stagno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field service engineering and continuous improvement programs. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Engineer at ASM since January 2004, Tony specializes in ALD XP4 systems, collaborating with ASM Factory and New Product Introduction teams on advanced ALD processes. Prior to this role, Tony led the Continuous Improvement Program at IBM, focusing on tool reliability and issue resolution. Experience also includes providing support and maintenance for vertical diffusion furnaces and high voltage power systems, as well as installation and calibration at Hipotronics. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from SUNY New Paltz, obtained in 1999.
