Sandeep Chavan

Sandeep Chavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and product design. Currently serving as a Project Lead at ASM Technologies Ltd since November 2021, Sandeep works as a design consultant for VOLVO in Bangalore. Prior to this role, Sandeep spent six years at Mahle Filter Systems I Pvt. Ltd., focusing on plastic product design and development, particularly in components such as cylinder head covers and air intake systems. Sandeep also held a position as Team Lead Engineer in R&D at Maya Engineering, where responsibilities included the design and development of diesel generator containers for defense projects. Experience at INSPECS METROLOGY I PVT LTD involved the design and development of vision measuring machines and coordinate measuring machines. Early career roles included product engineering at Panse Autocomp Pvt Ltd and operations engineering at Victor Gaskets India Limited, providing a strong foundation in manufacturing processes and customer specifications. Sandeep holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Kalinga University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering.
