Jivan Raj

Jivan Raj is the Director of Global Service Operations at ASMPT Ltd, a position held since October 2018, where oversight includes semiconductor equipment service operations worldwide, specifically in PVD and ECD technologies for wafer and panel tools. Prior to this role, Jivan was a Lead Field Service Engineer at Tokyo Electron from January 2012 to September 2018, managing start-up, installation, and maintenance of advanced semiconductor equipment while providing technical support. Jivan's earlier experience includes serving as an Equipment Engineer at STATS ChipPAC from January 2007 to January 2012, focusing on various semiconductor processes and equipment management. Jivan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical and Information from the University of South Australia.
