Lic. Romina C. Baez

Lic. Romina C. Baez is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, training, and mentoring. Currently serving as the Selection Manager at SLC - Recursos Humanos since September 2021, Romina also holds a position as a Trainer/Mentor at Asociación Conciencia, where the focus is on enhancing labor skills for job placement. Previously, Romina has worked as a University Instructor in Human Resources at Eddis Educativa, Human Resources Manager at Sunny Food, and Senior HR Analyst at Grupo DEMA, among other roles. Romina's educational qualifications include a degree in Labor Relations from Universidad Nacional de La Matanza and a teaching degree from Universidad Abierta Interamericana.
