Mitali Rajput

Mitali Rajput is a Human Resource Administrator at ASP Incorporated since February 2024, responsible for maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring data integrity using HRIS systems. Previously, Mitali served as an HR and Recruitment Intern at Randstad, where tasks included handling employee records, candidate sourcing, and generating HR reports. As the Head of Human Resources for Business Caucus Club - LCIT BCC, Mitali oversaw document drafting, candidate sourcing, and volunteer performance management. Mitali's early experience includes working as a Student Ambassador at Lambton College, where guidance was provided to new students, and as a Marketing and Sales Executive at EDIIFY Digital Marketing Institute. Mitali holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Lambton College and a Bachelor in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
