Sean Gallagher

Sean Gallagher is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at ASP Incorporated since October 2013. In this role, Sean oversees the full cycle recruitment, training, and development for various security personnel, including Aviation, Commercial, and Residential Security Guards, as well as Customer Service Representatives. Sean's prior experience includes multiple recruitment roles at ASP Incorporated, with significant responsibilities in scheduling and managing up to 1,500 security guards across major sites such as Pearson Airport and various residential buildings. Additionally, Sean served as the Security Manager at Livenation Canada from May 2007 to September 2017, where management of over 50 security guards during large-scale concerts was a key responsibility. Sean holds a diploma in Sports Management and Business Administration from Durham College, earning the degree between 2005 and 2007.
