Luke Aitkins

Luke Aitkins is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Aspect since October 2024. Prior roles include Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at PowerMarket from December 2023 to September 2024, as well as Chief Technology Officer at The Power Of Music from November 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities encompassed product development, architecture, and UI/UX initiatives. Aitkins also has experience as Interim CTO at Merlin, leading a team of frontend engineers to develop a significant internal dashboard, and has contributed as a Full Stack and Frontend Developer in various capacities across multiple organizations including waywe, Solid State Group, and Mammoth Analytics. Aitkins holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cardiff University and has further engaged in community outreach as a Lead STEM Ambassador.
