Eric Roos

Eric Roos currently serves as the Chief Business Development Officer at Aspect Biosystems, a position held since May 2020. Prior to this role, Eric Roos was the Global Strategic Alliances Leader for Cell & Gene Therapy at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2013 to May 2020, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison for cell and gene therapy developers. Additional experience includes leadership roles in business development and process development at various biotechnology companies, such as Life Technologies, Histogenics Corporation, and Bioheart, focusing on areas such as stem cell technologies, cartilage regeneration, and cardiac tissue regeneration. Eric Roos began a career in development and research at earlier firms and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from McGill University, obtained in 1986.
