Michael Peffer

Michael Peffer is a seasoned geophysicist with extensive experience in oil and gas exploration spanning several decades. Currently serving as Chief Geologist and Advisor to the Chairman at Aspect Energy since May 2004, Michael leads projects in Hungary and various regions in the United States, while also overseeing exploration efforts in Europe and South America. Previous roles include Senior Geophysicist at St Mary Land and Exploration, where Michael managed exploration and acquisition projects across the U.S. and Russia, and positions at Endeavor Exploration, Transcontinental Gas, Langham Petroleum, Mesa Petroleum, and Union Oil of California. Michael holds advanced education from the Colorado School of Mines with a specialization in Petroleum Reservoir Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Utah.
