Xiang Jin

Xiang Jin has a comprehensive work experience spanning various companies and roles. They currently work as a Country Sales Manager at Aspect Software since March 2021. Prior to that, Xiang was employed at Accenture from 2018 to 2021, where they served as a Senior Account Manager and an Account Manager, overseeing client relationships and strategic planning for BPO Operations. Before Accenture, Xiang worked at Nielsen as an Associate Director, managing cross-functional projects and implementing new platforms. Xiang also worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Program Manager, leading the development of transition solutions. They started their career at Capgemini as a Team Leader, providing accounting services, and then moved on to work at ERG as a Sales Representative. Xiang's first professional role was as a President Assistant at TDK, handling various administrative tasks and supporting the budget process.

Xiang Jin has an extensive education history spanning multiple fields of study and degrees. Xiang began their educational journey in 1998 at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics, completing their studies in 2002.

In 2007, Xiang Jin pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Sun Yat-sen University, completing their studies in 2010. During the same period from 2010 to 2014, they also obtained a personal instructor certification from AASFP (American Association of Sports and Fitness Professionals) in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.

In 2011, Xiang Jin pursued further studies and earned a Master's degree in American Literature (United States) from Xiamen University. Shortly after, they enrolled in a Doctorate program at OMNES Education, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Xiang successfully completed their doctorate studies in 2020.

Furthermore, Xiang Jin has obtained several additional certifications. In 2012, they achieved an AASFP certification from the American Association of Sports and Fitness Professionals. In the same year, they also obtained a course completion certificate in Luxury Management from ESCP Business School. Additionally, Xiang Jin has pursued project management certifications, including PfMP (Portfolio Management Professional) from PMI (Project Management Institute) in 2016, PgMP (Program Management Professional) from PMI in 2015, PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI in 2012, and PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in 2018. Lastly, in 2017, they obtained an NPDP (New Product Development Professional) certification from the Product Development and Management Association.
