Haiyun Pan

Haiyun Pan is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial reporting and property accounting. Currently serving as the Servicing Accounting Team Lead and Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at Aspen Capital since February 2019, Haiyun has held various roles including Accounting Consultant and Senior Accountant at SteelWave, as well as Property Accountant at Sand Hill Property Company. Previous experience includes an Accounting Intern position at Silicon Image and part-time work as an Accountant Associate at Landmark 2000, alongside volunteering as a Tax Preparer with Fremont VITA. Haiyun holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Science degree from the College of San Mateo.
