John Carrier

John Carrier is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager at Aspen Environmental Group since October 2018. Previously, John served as Program Manager at CH2M from 1998 to 2016, overseeing licensing and permitting for large thermal power plants and managing a $25 million contract for the Ivanpah SEGS solar project. John also authored business proposals generating substantial annual revenue and was recognized as CH2M's Mentor of the Year in 2009. Earlier in John’s career, from 1986 to 1997, John was a Senior Project Manager at EBASCO/Foster Wheeler Environmental, where responsibilities included managing significant contracts for the California Energy Commission and the Army Corps of Engineers. John holds a JD from BYU Law School and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
