Lynnette Mouton

As Vice President of Business Process at Aspen Heights, Lynnette Mouton leads a team of professionals focused on organizational efficiency. She oversees and manages a variety of areas including Training, Information Technology, Software Management, Business Intelligence, and Process Creation. Her efforts span across all departments within the organization where she works closely with executive leaders to develop solutions for organizational issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Lynnette’s career brought her to Aspen Heights in 2014. With a career spanning over 15 years in both the student housing and multifamily industries, her experience has given her a clear line of sight to understand the organizational structure in development, property management, and corporate support – an expertise which is key to effective process implementation. Lynnette holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Texas at Austin.
