Nadéne Esterhuyse

Nadéne Esterhuyse has a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in both local and global roles. Nadéne started their career at Sandoz South Africa in 2003, where they served as the Director of Operations and was responsible for a wide range of functions including manufacturing and production training. Nadéne then moved on to Novartis Switzerland in 2006 as the Global Head of Production. After that, they joined Sandoz South Africa again in 2007 as the Director of Supply Chain. In 2012, they joined Novartis Pharma South Africa as the Head of Supply Chain, and finally, in 2015, they became the Head of Supply Chain at Aspen Phamacare South Africa. Throughout their career, Nadéne has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in supply chain management.

Nadéne Esterhuyse has a strong education background. Nadéne obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Potch University (now NWU) from 1997 to 2000. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Master's Degree in MSc Pharmaceutics (cum laude) from Potch University, completing it from 1994 to 1995. In their undergraduate studies, they achieved a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Potch University, which they pursued from 1990 to 1993. Nadéne completed their matriculation at Hoër Volkskool in Potchefstroom from 1985 to 1989.
