Nolan Thomas

Nolan Thomas has a diverse work experience. Nolan recently worked at Aspen Power as a Senior Counsel starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they embarked on a six-month thru-hiking adventure on the Pacific Crest Trail from March to September 2022. Before their outdoor adventure, they were a Renewable Energy Project Transactions Associate at Allen & Overy from February 2021 to February 2022. Nolan also worked as a Renewable Energy Project Transactions Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from November 2018 to March 2021. Nolan started their legal career as a Corporate Associate at K&L Gates from September 2016 to October 2018, and earlier they had a brief stint as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2015. Nolan also gained experience as an Intern at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General from May to August 2014.

Nolan Thomas completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Environmental Systems from UC San Diego between the years 2008 and 2012. Nolan then pursued further education at Columbia Law School, where they obtained their J.D. degree from the years 2013 to 2016.
