Adam Desmond

Adam Desmond is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and real estate. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty since December 2022, Adam has spent nearly seventeen years in the Aspen Valley. As the CEO and Founder of Needle Rock Capital since January 2016, Adam focuses on raising equity capital for community banks and serves as the sole underwriter for various CBD companies, having successfully raised $24 million for the acquisition of First State Bank of Colorado. Additionally, Adam co-founded Needle Rock Farms, which produces CBD clones, oils, and raw botanical material, licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Previously, as the Founder and Managing Principal of FIG Partners from June 2003 to January 2016, Adam managed a full-service investment banking firm, overseeing significant capital raises totaling over $2.5 billion and completing 95 bank transactions nationwide. Adam holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in June 1994.
