Jeff Castleberry

Jeff Castleberry, P.E. has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Jeff is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Aspero Medical, Inc., where they are involved in the development of novel devices for endoscopy and intraluminal surgery. Previously, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Allotrope Medical Inc., where they focused on improving laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

Jeff also co-founded and served as the CEO/President of ForCast Orthopedics, Inc., a company dedicated to improving treatment for periprosthetic joint infection. Moreover, they have held leadership roles at other medical device companies such as EndoShape and CardioOptics, where they were responsible for product development, quality, and operations.

Before venturing into the medical device industry, Jeff held managerial positions at Battelle Memorial Institute and The Larren Corporation. Jeff also served as the Director of R&D and Director of Operations at American Cyanamid, overseeing the commercial operations of precision medical devices.

Throughout their career, Jeff Castleberry has demonstrated expertise in strategic assessment, product development, regulatory approval, and mentoring. Jeff has a strong track record of successfully leading companies and driving innovation in the medical device field.

Jeff Castleberry, P.E. holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. Jeff also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Furthermore, they are a Registered California Professional Engineer, certified by the State of California's Department of Consumer Affairs, Board for Professional Engineers.
