Renaud Ammon

Renaud Ammon is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in club and restaurant management. Currently serving as General Manager at Aspetuck Valley Country Club since May 2017, Renaud has previously held the role of Club House Manager at the New York Athletic Club, where Renaud enhanced member experiences and profitability in food and beverage operations. Renaud's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from a stint as CEO of Cook&Go USA, where Renaud adapted a French cooking model for the American market. Earlier career roles include Club House Manager at Bonnie Briar Country Club and Restaurant General Manager at Patina Restaurant Group. Renaud holds a graduate degree in Food and Beverage from Institut Paul Bocuse.
