Michael Youhouse

Michael Youhouse is an experienced management and technology consulting professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Technology Consulting at Aspirant since November 2020. Prior roles at Aspirant included Senior Engagement Manager and Engagement Manager. Previously, Michael held the position of Manager of Program Management at Eaton, overseeing the PMO and Portfolio Management for the Power Controls Division. Michael's extensive background also includes a tenure at Philips Healthcare as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where efforts focused on enhancing innovation through collaboration and process improvement. Prior to that, experience at Doosan involved leading the international PMO and managing product development projects. Michael's career began at Ingersoll Rand, progressing through various engineering roles, including Engineering Liaison and Design Engineer, while completing the Leadership Development Program. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, an MS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
