Hector Morales

Hector Morales has an extensive work history with various companies. Hector began their career in 2002 as a Pharmaceutical Representative at Pamlab, LLC, where they achieved success in penetrating new markets and building relationships with healthcare professionals. In 2004, they joined PepsiCo and held various roles, including National Accounts Sales Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager for YUM! in the Latin American region. During this time, they managed key accounts and successfully executed marketing strategies. In 2013, Hector joined ARYZTA as Vice President of Strategic Partner Development, where they played a vital role in strengthening the partnership with Subway and overseeing various aspects of business development. In the same year, they also joined Aspire Bakeries as the SVP of Strategic Partner Development.

Hector Morales completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University between 1998 and 2000.
