Judith Stermer

Judith Stermer currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Aspire Living & Learning, focusing on strategies that align employee engagement with the organization’s vision and values since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Advancement Officer and Director of Advancement at the Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems, where efforts were dedicated to enhancing communication and public relations for member hospitals. Judith's background also includes leadership in communications at Vermont Foodbank, where strategic marketing and advocacy initiatives were developed to position the organization as a key hunger-relief entity in Vermont. Additional roles include instructing mountain biking camps for girls at Vermont Works for Women and participation in the Congressional Hunger Center fellowship, alongside a strong educational foundation in Sociology, Religious Studies, and nonprofit management.
