Pamela Jones

Pamela Jones has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Pamela started their career in 1999 as a Consultant at CA Technologies, where they focused on providing technical demonstrations and implementing customized solutions for clients. Later, they became the Field Support Group Manager, overseeing multiple Solution Centers and ensuring effective delivery of tailored solutions to clients. In 2002, Pamela took on the role of Regional Manager, where they were responsible for project scoping, risk mitigation, and strategic planning. Additionally, they served as the Program Manager, leading a training program for over 1,600 technical consultants and introducing competencies and certification programs. Currently, they are the CEO of Aspire Technical Professionals, an IT Consulting Services company specializing in cloud computing and advanced system management solutions.

Pamela Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Florida State University.
