Barbara Chaitoff

Barbara Chaitoff is an experienced educator and trainer with a background in Early Years Education. Currently serving as a Trainer/Assessor at Aspire Training Team since November 2022, Barbara specializes in training for various levels in Early Years Education and Functional Skills. Previous roles include Sustainability Lead and Nursery Manager at Tops Day Nurseries from August 2017 to February 2023, and Nursery Manager at Abbotswood Preschool and Day Nursery from April 1995 to June 2017. Barbara began their career as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Sisters of Providence Health System from October 1989 to December 1994. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Early Years Practice and a Foundation Degree in Management/Early Years from the University of Winchester, along with a Child Development Associate credential from the New York Association for Education of Young Children, among other credentials in design and general education.
