Gerardo L.

Gerardo L. has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Gerardo currently works at Asplundh Engineering Services as the Lead Engineer for Telecom Services, providing technical leadership and mentorship in telecom design and engineering. Previously, they worked at DISH Network as a 5G Staff Project Manager, leading a team of engineers in implementing interoperability test plans for 5G network subsystems. Gerardo also worked at AT&T as a Professional Radio Access Network Engineer, where they designed LTE and DAS networks and performed integration and testing of cell sites. Prior to that, Gerardo held positions at ADC as a Senior DAS Project Engineer, overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of DAS systems, and at Expert Wireless Solutions as a Senior RF Engineer, optimizing wireless network performance and planning network migration. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ericsson as a Core Network Engineer.

Gerardo L. holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Communications from Mapúa University. Gerardo also has additional certifications including Introduction to 5G from LinkedIn, LTE Bronze and Silver Certification from Award Solutions, and iBwave In Building DAS Design Levels 1 and 2 from iBwave Solutions Inc.
