Richard Cromer

Richard Cromer is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience across multiple roles in various companies. Currently serving as a Java Developer at ASR Analytics, LLC since September 2021, Richard previously held positions as a DevOps Developer at Paychex, where responsibilities included supporting CI/CD tools and onboarding for software-as-a-service offerings. Prior to that, Richard spent over 15 years as a Senior Software Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, contributing to both commercial and government aerospace initiatives. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Eastman Kodak Company, where Richard developed image processing software, and as a Technical Lead at HCIA/Healthchex, Inc. focusing on client/server evaluation tools. Richard holds a Master's degree in Software Development and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Rochester Institute of Technology.
