John DeLaurentis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John started their career as a Billing Analyst at CSC in 2007 and later worked as a Financial Analyst at the same company. In 2009, they joined DeLaurentis Law, LLC as an Attorney at Law. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Control Account Manager at ASRC Federal, where they managed multiple projects and trained control account managers and project managers. John then moved on to become a Project Manager at ASRC Federal, leading software development efforts and receiving the President's Award for finishing a project ahead of schedule. In 2016, they joined Grace Christian Academy as a School Board Member and also served on the Board of Directors at Calvary Chapel Of South Jersey. In 2017, they returned to ASRC Federal as the Director of Program Solutions, where they oversaw the transition of HRIS, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Payroll functions to a new platform and led the implementation of program management portals for NASA, FAA, and Air Force customers. John later took on the role of Vice President, overseeing the creation of a centralized shared services center and achieving a significant cost reduction. From August 2020 onwards, they have been serving as the Senior Director, Technology Solution Architect at ASRC Federal.
John DeLaurentis earned their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Rutgers University in 2007. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from Rutgers University - Camden, completing it in 2010. John furthered their education by attending Rutgers Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Law in 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, John also obtained several certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from Villanova University in 2019, and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016. John also became a SAFe Agilist (SA) through Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015.
