Todd Blanchard

Todd Blanchard, CISSP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information security and technology. Todd began their career as a Configuration Manager at Management Technology, Inc., where they played a key role in maintaining configuration control of enterprise server farm assets. Todd then moved on to Electronic Data Systems as a Senior Communications Engineer, managing program implementation and serving as the primary technical contact for network defense and network operations.

Blanchard subsequently worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Communications Engineer and Site Lead, where they managed a team of Cyber Communication Engineers and provided project support for various network infrastructure initiatives. Todd then joined Oasis Systems as a Program Manager, providing acquisition advisory and assistance services to the Air Force Material Command's Cyber Integration Division.

Prior to that, Blanchard served as a DISA LMIS Cyber Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they developed defense strategies to secure the USAF network against cyber attacks and internal threats. Todd also worked at Nike as an IT Audit Project Lead, planning and executing IT audit engagements and evaluating the effectiveness of technology audit controls.

Blanchard has also held roles at PreCash as an IT Compliance Director, Oregon Lottery as an IT Governance Analyst, and George Washington University as an Adjunct Professor. In their role at George Washington University, they created and instructed an online graduate course on Cyber Defense Strategies.

Currently, Blanchard is working as an Information Security Specialist Senior Principal at ASRC Federal. Overall, with their extensive experience in information security, audit, governance, and program management, Blanchard has developed a strong skill set in building cyber defense strategies and ensuring effective IT controls.

Todd Blanchard, CISSP holds a Master's of Science in Management of Information Systems from Bowie State University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Science in Management Studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1991 to 1995.
