Martin Kraaij

Martin Kraaij is an experienced professional in real estate management and consultancy. Currently serving as Fund Director for the ASR Dutch Science Park Fund at a.s.r. real estate since October 2020, Martin previously held roles including Senior Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield and Selectiemanager at Blauwhoed. Earlier experience includes commercial real estate advisory and project management positions across various companies, such as Automobielbedrijf Van Ekris Mijdrecht and draaijer+partners. Martin holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management & Development and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building, and Planning from Eindhoven University of Technology. Additionally, Martin has engaged in volunteer work focused on building engineering in both Ghana and local settings.
