Richard Orji is a highly experienced Quality Lead at Assala Energy with over fifteen years of expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) within the Onshore Oil & Gas sector, specializing in both green and brown field environments. Richard possesses a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and is skilled in quality improvement techniques, incident investigation, and root cause analysis. Richard has a proven record in contractor management, auditing activities, and developing quality management systems, along with excellent leadership and communication abilities. Prior to Assala Energy, Richard served as Project Quality Lead at Shell Gabon, where significant successes in cost reduction and personnel development were achieved. Richard holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical/Materials Engineering.
