Mahmoud Samy

Mahmoud Samy, FE, MSc., is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in structural design and estimation, currently serving as the Design Group Leader at Assent Steel since July 2018. Previously, Mahmoud held multiple engineering and estimation roles at Zamil Steel Holding Company Limited from February 2012 to June 2018. Throughout the career, experience has been gained in a variety of projects, including pre-engineered buildings and steel structures such as warehouses, poultry facilities, aircraft hangars, multi-story garages, malls, and colleges, collaborating with notable clients across several countries, including Egypt, KSA, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Senegal, and Nigeria. Mahmoud holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, both obtained from Cairo University.
