Kathryn Sweet

Kathryn Sweet has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kathryn started their career in 2011 as a Supervisor at Carleton University Students' Association, Inc., where they worked until 2015. Kathryn then worked as a Program Assistant at EnviroCentre for six months in 2015. Kathryn also had a short-term role as a Project Assistant at Rideau Valley Conservation Authority in early 2015. In 2013, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Bariatric Medical Institute for eight months.

Since 2016, Kathryn has been working at Assent Compliance Inc, where they have held multiple roles. Kathryn started as a Compliance Specialist in 2016 and then transitioned to become a Facilitator, Training & Education in 2017. In 2018, they advanced to become a Manager, Training & Education, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Manager, Product Training.

Through their work experience, Kathryn has developed strong skills in training and education, compliance, project coordination, and administration. Kathryn has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different environments and take on increasing responsibilities within organizations.

Kathryn Sweet pursued their education at Carleton University from 2009 to 2015. Kathryn completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours (B.A.) degree with a specialization in Environmental Studies. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Earth Science and English during their time at the university.
