Spencer Nye has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Harvey & Company LLC, a Healthcare Real Estate Analyst at ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Solganick & Co. and D.A. Davidson Companies. In 2022, they will become a M&A Associate at SUSE and a Business Development & Commercial Analytics Manager at Assertio.

Spencer Nye obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. In 2019, they obtained a Series 79: Investment Banking Representative certification from FINRA in July, and a Series 63: Uniform Securities Agent State Law certification from FINRA in August.
