María Ortiz

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both entrepreneurship and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been serving as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a nutritionist at a private practice, and teaching positions at a vocational training school, where Mariana specialized in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
