Sarine Najarian is a seasoned executive search consultant with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving at Assess Talent Management since March 2022, Sarine previously held roles as a human resources consultant at R&S Management Consultancy and senior HR generalist at AFB Consulting. With a foundation in recruitment activities, Sarine has demonstrated proficiency in client understanding, candidate screening, and interview execution. Additional experience includes serving as a personal assistant to the Group Investment Manager at ARTOC Group for Investment & Development and as an HR specialist at R&S Management Consultancy, focusing on recruitment planning.
