Simon Baron

Simon Baron is the Chief Product Officer at Assessfirst since February 2010, where Simon is responsible for updating and optimizing psychometric tools and training programs for HR & recruiters. Additionally, Simon holds the title of Chief Science & Innovation and Project Manager. Simon also works as a Visiting Lecturer at Cesi, CIEFA, and Université de Nantes, focusing on predictive hiring, assessment tools for recruitment, and new ways to assess personality at work. Simon holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology.
