Alyssa Antoci

Alyssa Antoci has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alyssa is currently the VP, Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Asset Based Lending, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon in various roles, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Staffing Manager. Alyssa also has experience as a Human Resources Intern at Sony Music Entertainment and a Human Resources Consultant at Technical Consulting & Research, Inc. Additionally, they have worked as a Bartender - Server at Blue Moon Mexican Restaurant, a Research Assistant at the Learning and Memory Lab, and an Administrative Assistant at Appraisal Systems.

Alyssa Antoci completed their Associate's Degree in Psychology at Bergen Community College from 2012 to 2015. Alyssa then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at Rutgers University from 2015 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, they also obtained a certification in Human Subject Research from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative in September 2015. Additionally, Alyssa participated in a study abroad program at ISI Florence in 2016.
