Jeff Yazel

Jeff Yazel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff currently holds the position of EVP, Head Underwriter at Asset Based Lending, LLC since 2021. Previously, they worked at Sharestates as Head Underwriter from 2018 to 2021. In 2018, they were also the Head of Underwriting (Contract) at EasyKnock. Before that, they served as an Acquisitions Consultant (Contract) at Roam International, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Business Development (Contract) at LiquidSpace. Prior to that, Jeff worked as a Business Consultant at The Rikess Group from 2013 to 2016.

In terms of real estate, they served as the Asset Management & Acquisitions at KBS Realty Advisors where they were responsible for managing a 2.5M square foot portfolio and delivering excellence in asset management, acquisitions, and disposition transactions from 2007 to 2012. In 2006, they worked at Paradigm Properties as a Senior Property Accountant where they handled accounting tasks for a $50M real estate fund and collaborated with various departments.

Before their transition into the real estate industry, Jeff worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Fund Accountant from 2004 to 2006. Jeff also gained valuable management experience as an Assistant Manager at JMC Restaurant Group, Inc. Friendly's from 1998 to 2003, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff.

Jeff Yazel completed their education at Bentley University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance in 2004. Prior to that, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at RMIT University in 2001, focusing on Business. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained certifications as an Argus Certification (institution unspecified) and as a Licensed Real Estate Agent from the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®.
