Rulissa Trout

Rulissa is responsible for leading and overseeing human resources at Asset Living. She has worked in the HR industry for 25 years, gaining experience and expertise in benefits, human relations, and compliance with employment law. At Asset Living, her goals include empowering their properties and corporate teams to attract and retain top talent, creating the best possible employee experience, and helping every Asset employee reach their full potential within the company.

Rulissa is SPHR certified and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern Nazarene University. When Rulissa is not in the office, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family (dogs included!), traveling, and college football––Boomer Sooner!
