Phillip Thomson

Phillip Thomson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Phillip worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Assetlink from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ISS A/S from 2008 to 2023, where they served as the Director of the Government Sector Business, overseeing a team of 4000 people. Before that, they were an Executive General Manager at UGL Limited, where they were responsible for business development, growth, and key account management for major corporate and government accounts. Phillip also played a significant role in two major acquisitions and served as the COO of the UK business for two years.

Phillip Thomson has a diverse education history that includes various degrees and certifications. In 1989, they enrolled at RMIT University and pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Property - Land Economics, which they successfully completed in 1992. Afterward, from 1993 to 1995, they attended RMIT University again and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Project Management.

In 2003, Phillip Thomson pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Melbourne Business School. Phillip completed the program in 2004.

In 2014, Phillip Thomson attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors and graduated as a Graduate of AICD, specializing in Company Directorship.

In 2020, they enrolled at Deakin University and earned a Graduate Certificate of Leadership in Organizational Leadership in 2021.

Aside from their formal education, Phillip Thomson also obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Victoria. Phillip acquired this certification from the Business Licensing Authority in August 2016.
