Craig Wardle

Craig Wardle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Craig currently holds the position of Customer Success Manager / Solution Consultant EMEA at Assima, which they started in January 2022. Prior to Assima, they worked as a Learning Content Developer at Acquire Plus from July 2018 to December 2021.

Before joining Acquire Plus, Craig held various roles at DPDgroup UK Limited. Craig served as a Talent and Development Manager from February 2017 to July 2018, a Learning & Technology Manager from August 2016 to February 2017, a Technical Content Developer from April 2014 to August 2016, a Senior Coach from May 2011 to April 2014, and a Research Executive from October 2009 to June 2011.

As a Research Executive, Craig's responsibilities included conducting customer surveys, tracking competitor activities, publishing newsletters, and supporting the Research Manager in various research projects. As a Service Recovery Advisor, they were involved in organizing parcel service recovery, providing network performance reporting, and assisting the Finance Manager in commission reporting.
