Cphr Delaney Ellis

Delaney Ellis, CPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Delaney is currently the Director of Learning & Performance at Assiniboine Credit Union, a position they have held since January 2022. Before joining Assiniboine Credit Union, Delaney worked as the Human Resources Manager at Entegra Credit Union until January 2022.

Prior to their role at Entegra, Delaney had a long tenure at Credit Union Central of Manitoba, where they held various positions. Their roles included Manager of People Consulting from November 2012 to December 2015, Senior Human Resources Consultant from September 2012 to November 2012, Human Resources Consultant from October 2007 to September 2012, and Sr. Human Resources Analyst from February 2007 to October 2007.

Delaney Ellis, CPHR completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at the University of Manitoba from 1997 to 2002. During this time, their field of study consisted of Human Resources and Management Information Services.
